Claim policy
1. Return of the goods without any reason
This option is offered to the customers who do not want to keep the ordered goods and wish to return it, without any given reason. We fully accept such decision and return of the goods up to 30 days from the date of its reception. It is necessary to send the goods back on the address stated on your invoice. The goods can not be used and must be sent in an original, unbroken and unopened packaging. Money for the returned goods will be refunded up to seven days, on your account or address that you must state in the cover note. Such information must be given in writing.
2. Claim in case of a defect on goods
In case of claim of any defect on the goods, please respect the following procedure:
a) Keep us informed about the claim; send an e-mail on l.rerichova@email.cz with the following details:
- what kind of goods do you claim
- for what reason
- date of your purchase and your invoice's number
- your address and phone number
b) please wait for our reply , we will keep you informed about the further steps
Please do not send us the claimed goods unless you are called to do so.
